After spending almost five months in South America, traveling through 4 countries – Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia and Peru, we are now back in Asia (just for a little while).

We did our first overland border crossing at these waterfalls. Not exactly at the waterfalls, but the cities that contain these waterfalls. Foz do Iguaçu on the Brazilian side and Puerto Iguazu on the Argentinian side.

From Ica, we headed to the North a little more, to the capital of Peru, Lima. Here we dipped our feet into the Pacific Ocean! After which we started our journey Eastward. It would be one of the most exciting phases of this trip in South America.
